By creating an account or using Pinzpo, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Pinzpo for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use for commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Content

Users are responsible for the content they post on Pinzpo. By posting content, you grant Pinzpo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.
You retain ownership of your content.

4. Product Tagging and Commerce

When tagging products in your photos, you must ensure:

• Product information is accurate and up-to-date
• You have the right to promote or sell the tagged products
• Pricing information is current and correct
• External links lead to legitimate retailers or your own stores

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Platform:

The materials on Pinzpo are provided on an 'as is' basis.Pinzpo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall Pinzpo or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Pinzpo, even if Pinzpo or a Pinzpo authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
